Summer 2009

I’ve had a really busy summer, right here in South Florida. First, my studio is under full renovation. It should be finished soon, and I will post pictures.
Second, I just finished a two-day painting demonstration for a National Convention of Applebee Franchisees.  Please click on the “How I survived…” page for a full account, and a step by step how-to for artists who may find themselves in this situation.

In this picture, I am standing between two easels. It is already afternoon, and the place has emptied out. At right is the partially done pastel painting. At left, the just-begun acrylic painting. In front of me (unseen in the photo) is a table with my enameling supplies.
